About Maria
Maria Mora is a mum of two and has been working as a Customer Assistant at the Groupe Mutuel agency in Basel for the past two years.
Originally from Colombia, she moved to Switzerland at the age of 30 and quickly discovered how overwhelming the Swiss insurance system could be.
Today, she meets people every day with the same questions she once had. Through her work, she has gained valuable insight into the most common misconceptions and avoidable mistakes.
Her goal is simple: to help people understand the Swiss system with confidence through clear, practical and easy-to-understand information.
About Ivana
Ivana Matic has been working in the insurance industry for five years, including more than two years as an Insurance and Pension Consultant at the Groupe Mutuel agency in Basel.
Before moving to Switzerland, she studied Business Administration with a focus on Business Psychology.
Having relocated from Germany to Switzerland, she understands first-hand how challenging the Swiss insurance and pension system can be.
Today, she helps people understand Swiss Health Insurance and the 3 Pillar System, explaining complex topics in a clear, practical and easy-to-understand way.
