The main meeting in May will be your chance to meet a representative from an international firm of professional headhunters and find out how they deal with CV databases and candidates for jobs.
Niels Burkhard works in Switzerland for the international recruitment firm SAM http://www.sam-int.com/headhunting/default-en.aspx. In his presentation he will introduce PWG members to his world and how the firms works with recruitment and what is required from candidates. In their work SAM also works with assessment tools and Niels Burkhard will explain the meaning of such a test in the daily work of a headhunter.
