Minutes of 2015AGMCurrent PWG Statutes
You have the opportunity to join the Committee and Committee Support Groups. You can volunteer for a Committee position even if you are not able to be present at the AGM itself. Our statutes require us to have 20% membership representation at the AGM (attendees and proxy) for the voting to be valid. A description of the Committee roles, a preliminary list of candidates, a ballot and a nominative proxy slip will be sent to you separately by email at the beginning of January 2016.
This 25th AGM will revive the tradition of a WINE &amp, CHEESE APERO. Each attendee is invited to contribute her favourite cheese. We will provide wine, bread and other tasty treats. Feel free to bring a guest and share with her what PWG is all about.
Attendance to the AGM is free of charge but registration is mandatory. Please register your guest and yourself below no later than January 15.
