About Lisa Ross-Magenty Blaettler
A senior, integrated brand strategy, advertising, marketing and communications professional with extensive experience supporting pharma & biotech, international brands, businesses, sports and NGOs.
With a career that has taken Lisa from the UK to Switzerland, she has worked for some of the world’s leading advertising agencies including Young & Rubicam (WPP), Tequila/London (BDDP now TBWA) and Orbit International (Lowe Group). Throughout her career, she has been building global brands while delivering multi-market, integrated communications campaigns and providing strategic marcoms advice at the most senior levels. The impact of her work has been felt in both developed and rapid-growth markets across Africa, the Americas, Asia, Europe and the Middle East.
Lisa created and ran a successful marketing/communications team for one of the world’s leading peacebuilding organisations, Interpeace. Lisa has also helped a Geneva-based agency, Group Charlescannon, more than double in size by supporting the creation and delivery of the new brand strategy offering, winning new clients and delivering integrated campaigns. Most recently, Lisa has been championing the internal communications program for the successful Pharma & Biotech segment of Lonza in Basel.
Lisa has a master’s degree from Cambridge University where she studied Geography and History of Art. While there she also coxed the Cambridge Men’s VIII in the Varsity Boat Race against Oxford. She is now completing the INSEAD Certificate of General Management for Executives.
