What does it mean to be a woman in the workplace? After all, there are at least as many types of women as there are types of jobs. Does an entry-level retail worker really have anything in common with a high-powered executive? Does a corporate lawyer earning six figures face the same obstacles as a high-school graduate working for minimum wage? In a group with such a broad range, is there such thing as a shared experience? The short answer: Yes.
