Some information about the panel:
Lorraine Rytz-Th‚riaultSelf-study and an insatiable curiosity have augmented my formal education, along with an irrepressible entrepreneurial spirit. Professionally, as well as through volunteering, the roles I have held include SME business consultant (Expat-Expo 2009/10), Board positions with community organizations (founded the PWG-WE in 2004!), and member of various Basel-Stadt (Integration/Volunteering) committees. My current engagement is in the founding and directing of a local community agency: promoting collaboration for expat integration.
Nerys WadhamIn one way or another I’ve been involved in helping people tell their story for most of my professional life. At the BBC at the very beginning, later in the City of London helping companies tell their corporate financial story to stock analysts and business journalists. Similarly later in Basel, for Ciba, then Novartis, and more recently, from Style Dynamics GmbH, focusing on leadership communication and its impact across areas of talent &, culture, brand &, reputation.
Gail Corbett-SmithDifferent businesses and the people behind them have always intrigued me. Working in Corporate Communications and Public Relations for a variety of companies and organizations in the UK and here in Switzerland has therefore given me some great insights into a variety of business environments. My experience covers the pharmaceutical, healthcare and leisure industries as well as higher education. More recently, however, I have focused on using my communication expertise in a slightly different way – through coaching, and I am now enjoying learning new skills and helping people to gain new perspectives.
