A number of monthly and annual events – members of our group are provided with plenty of opportunities to meet and network on a regular basis:

• Monthly meetings and networking lunches
• Access and free membership to Focus on Careers and Women Entrepreneurs PWG SubGroups
• Online registration to website which provides numerous resource facilities, a discussion forum and online access to the most-up-to-date record of PWG members, with photos so you can easily hunt out the person you wish to meet at the next meeting
• Opportunities to make friends, have fun and socialize with women of diverse professional and cultural backgrounds
• Exploring interesting ideas, developing new skills and networking with a wide variety of professionals
• Use of Centrepoint’s meeting areas during open hours (for small groups of PWG members)
• Ten issues of our lively newsletter, Communiqué , which offers news about upcoming PWG meetings and social events, reviews of recent meetings and introductions of new members. Communiqué offers interesting and useful information about websites, recently published books, local English-speaking enterprises, Basel’s many museums and galleries, cultural events and festivities in the region, as well as programmes and events hosted by other international organizations. It also acts as a forum for our members to voice their opinions on various issues.

PWG membership costs only 80 CHF per calendar year. Non-members are welcome to attend our monthly Tuesday meetings, at a cost of 15 CHF per meeting.
